Kate Cox

As Head of Operations, Kate ensures the smooth operation of both our offices. She is responsible for all our business information systems, knowledge management, quality assurance, health and safety and maintains our office environments. Kate is passionate about forming connections, whether it be internal relationships and how people work and socialise together, or how systems can talk to each other to make us all work smarter.

Kate heads up the organisation of our company wide events and more recently has joined our Sustainability Steering Group who are responsible for driving the business towards becoming carbon neutral.
