Rob Bray
Rob runs our practice operations and plays a pivotal role in the overall strategic direction of Howells. Day-to-day Rob leads on and connects all our non-design operations and is responsible for the effective management and leadership of areas including strategic planning, business operations, financial management, people and culture, IT, data and BI, governance, compliance and overall business efficiency.
He is also actively involved in providing a great working environment for all our staff, alongside a range of benefit and workplace improvements, so that everyone enjoys their time at Howells, feels rewarded and can fulfil their potential.
Rob has a broad range of business skills which he gained from his early career in banking and senior roles in the leisure industry and professional sports management. He gained an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, graduating in 2000. He is a member of the Architectural Financial Managers Group and has guest lectured on the Business of Architecture for Loughborough University.
