Ryan Bulled
During his time at Howells, Ryan has demonstrated his expertise in leading the design and delivery of complex, large scale residential developments up to planning and through to completion.
Ryan is skilled in coordinating technical design and problem-solving, balancing practicality with aesthetics to ensure every project is executed to its full potential. As a specialist in technical delivery, he is responsible for ensuring designs meet all relevant technical requirements and are delivered to the highest standard. He is also skilled at unlocking challenging plans and finding innovative solutions to complex problems, while collaborating closely with clients and design teams.
He has a keen interest in modern methods of construction and offsite manufacture and has gained extensive experience in this area.
Ryan obtained a BSc in Architecture and Environmental Design, as well as a PGDip in Architecture from Sheffield Hallam University and gained experience at a practice based in Exeter before joining Howells in 2015. He qualified as an Architect in 2018, when he completed his Part III studies at the Birmingham School of Architecture and was promoted to Senior Architect in 2021.
