Simon Pearson
Simon is Technical Design Director, based in our Birmingham office. Many of his projects have had to use construction innovations to achieve the required design, including MMC in both concrete and timber structures and prefabrication in building facades. Sustainability is usually at the heart of most projects being developed and Simon not only uses this as a guiding principle for the design of schemes but also practices what he preaches and often travels to meetings and construction sites by bicycle.
He has led a team for the past ten years which has been responsible for the design and completion of numerous award-winning projects such as Westonbirt Arboretum’s treetop walkway; UCB’s Moss House in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and the Liverpool Lime Street Gateway.
