Tom Shenton
Tom leads a studio in our Birmingham office and is driven by his passion for delivering design quality and technical excellence through tender and construction stages. During his time at Howells, Tom's experience has spanned across several sectors, including residential, cultural, higher education and student living. He has been involved in a number of high-profile projects including Moss House, Kidbrooke Station Square, English National Ballet, London City Island and Hanbury Hall.
A project highlight was the multi award-winning TouchBase Pears for the charity Sense, a flagship building that brings together disabled and non-disabled people from the local community, in a mutually enriching, attractive space in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
As part of his wider role at Howells Tom helps to lead on technical excellence and project efficiency.
Tom studied at Liverpool John Moores and Birmingham City University’s School of Architecture and Design.
