City Centre West Wolverhampton submitted for planning
Our vision for the first phase of a 1,000-home masterplan in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Director Fraser Godfrey, said, “City Centre West represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to repair and connect this strategically important part of Wolverhampton in a way that meets the needs of people today.
“Working closely with ECF and City of Wolverhampton Council, we have developed a strategy to deliver a new vision for a liveable city—an integrated, walkable city district comprising re-defined public squares and streets, sustainable homes and crafted buildings.
“The hybrid-planning submission marks a significant step in boosting Wolverhampton’s economy, increasing footfall and bringing more people back to live in the city centre.”
