125 Deansgate, for Worthington Properties & REVCAP in central Manchester, plays an important role on Deansgate respecting its historic context as well as establishing its own presence as a contemporary addition to the streetscape. The fully let, flexible and environmentally responsible design has been a catalyst for the transformation of the surrounding area.

The brick crafted form of i9, for ION Developments, pays homage to the industrial characteristics of Wolverhampton’s Victorian architecture, and is home to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities; the first ministerial office with a regular presence outside London.

Our Paradise masterplan for MEPC is transforming Birmingham’s infrastructure by creating a more flexible framework for growth, attracting businesses relocating away from the capital, and helping Birmingham become a walkable/cyclable city. Paradise’s Two Chamberlain Square and One Centenary Way mark a significant milestone in the realisation of our masterplan vision—delivering far more than just a workplace.
