N07/N15 East Village
N07 and N15 are two residential courtyard blocks at the East Village, Stratford City, consisting of apartments, duplexes, and townhouses in a variety of two, three and four-bedroomed homes, providing a mix of market, intermediate and social tenures. The homes were designed for the 2012 London Olympic Athletes Village for use by the athletes during the Games and adapted afterwards for purchase on the open market.
Both blocks are clad in high-quality pre-cast concrete, whilst full-height glazing maximises daylight in the apartments. Each home benefits from a large balcony, wintergarden, terrace or garden offering views across the new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park towards the Olympic Stadium and Velodrome. In addition, both blocks feature a central communal garden for the residents to enjoy.
